On November 19, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.469/QD-SGDHCM to change the shares of Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company  (stock code: AGF) from trading halt status to special supervision status as from November 21, 2018.

Reason:  Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company has overcome the cause making the stock into the trading halt status, but the company’s profit after tax and undistributed profit after tax until 09/30/2017 was negative number according to the audited financial statements from 10/01/2016 to 09/30/2017.

      Therefore, HOSE continues to remain the special supervision status for the sock AGF. 

      AGF shares will be traded only in the afternoon session as from November 21, 2018.
