- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2018.

- Exercise ratio: 1,000:250 (Shareholders are entitled to have 250 new shares for every 1,000 shares owned.); Of which:
- Estimated issue volume: 669,902,887 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 789 shares. With 1,000:250 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 789 * 250/1,000 = 197.25 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 197 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.25 will be cancelled.
