- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2016&2017.

- Exercise ratio: 30% (Shareholders are entitled to have 03 new shares for every 10 shares owned.); Of which:
+ To pay stock dividend for 2016: 10%
+ To pay stock dividend for 2017: 20%.
- Estimated issue volume: 3,870,000shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
