Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated July 27, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the following contents to submit to the general meeting:

-          The 2015 profit after tax of the Group according to the resolution of general meeting dated March 31, 2015: VND2,300 billion

-          The 2015 profit after tax of the Group adjusted: VND3,250 billion.

       2. Increase the dividend ratio for 2015:

-          The 2015 dividend ratio according to the resolution of general meeting dated March 31, 2015: 20%

-          The 2015 dividend ratio adjusted: 30%.

Article 2: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
