Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents:

-          Approving business result in Quarter 2/2015 and financial statements in the first 06 months of 2015.

-          Approving the report of the Board of Directors in Quarter 2/2015.

-          Approving plan of the Board of Directors for Quarter 3/2015.

-          Approving the report of adjusting organizational chart.

-          Approving activities plan for 2015-2020.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
