Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: August 31, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%

-          Payment date:   September 21, 2015     

-          Place & procedure of payment:

+Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  +Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company, Floor 5, 2-4 Luu Van Lang Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCM City as from September 21, 2015.

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from July 23, 2015.
