Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2014 dividend in stock:

-          Name of stock: stock of Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre

-          Securities code: DHC

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 10:1 (01 new share for every 10 old shares) 

-          Record date: August 18, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from July 27, 2015.
