On July 10, HOSE issued Announcement No.725/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ex-right date: July 22, 2015             
Record date: July 24, 2015              
Purpose: to pay cash and stock dividends for 2014.
         Detailed information:
         a.To pay cash dividends for 2014
         -  Exercise ratio: 25%/par value (VND2,500/share)
         -  Payment date: August 20, 2015
         -  Place of payment:
            + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
           + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company.
         b.To pay stock dividends for 2014
         -  Exercise ratio: 10:1 (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
         -  Estimated issue volume: 6,729,200 shares
         -  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid at VND10,000/share.
         For example, if shareholder A owns 105 shares at the record date, he will receive 10.5 new shares, rounded down to 10 new shares and VND5,000.
         -  Place of payment:
            + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
           + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company.
