To implement the resolution of annual general meeting of shareholders dated May 08, 2015, Vinaship JSC successfully sold the ship Ha Nam(deadweight tonnage: 6,512 DWT, built in 1985 in Japan). The agreement for the sale of the ship was signed on June 30, 2015, with a selling price of VND15,200,000,000. The ship was handed over to the buyer at Sai Gon Port, Viet Nam on July 11, 2015.
