On July 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.721/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ex-right date: July 20, 2015
Record date: July 22, 2015
Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2014.
Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).
Payment date: August 03, 2015

Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company as from August 03, 20155. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
