On July 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.722/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ex-right date: July 22, 2015
Record date: July 24, 2015
Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2014.
Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/ share).
Payment date: August 12, 2015

Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Address: 168 Giai Phong, Phuong Liet, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi) as from August 12, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
