Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company is a Vietnam-based real estate developer. The Company is mainly involved in development and construction work of residential complex and industrial parks. It also offers property management and other utilities services in industrial park, together with construction services for commercial buildings. As of December 31, 2008, 91% of total revenue came from real estate operation. The Company has two subsidiaries engaged in industrial park management and real estate operation, as well as two affiliates of supermarket management and real estate brokerage.
