Au Viet Securities Corporation (AVSC) is a Vietnam-based provider of investment services. The Company offers securities brokerage services, underwriting services, securities investment advice, custody services, shareholder management services, OTC (Over-The-Counter) services, asset leasing services and financial consulting services. AVSC is also involved in securities trading and investment. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, 80% of its revenue came from securities trading and the provision of securities brokerage services. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the Company had one representative office in Hanoi as of December 31, 2010.
