The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 24,985 VND on June 10, down 7 VND from the previous day.
 
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,234 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,736 VND/USD.
 
At 8:25 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw mixed developments.
 
Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,860 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,220 VND/USD. The rates at Vietcombank remained unchanged while those at BIDV went down 21 VND from June 9 morning./.
