Key investors, including Sonadezi and the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), are looking to invest in Bình Thuận.
During a meeting with provincial leaders on March 12, VRG proposed developing the southern industrial park, a 300-hectare project in Đức Linh District, as part of Bình Thuận’s approved development plan for 2021–30.
CEO Lê Thanh Hưng emphasised VRG’s expertise in industrial park development, operating 14 parks nationwide with an average occupancy rate of over 90 per cent. The group aims to create a high-tech, eco-friendly investment hub to attract multinational corporations and generate employment.
Meanwhile, Sonadezi Bình Thuận reported progress on the first phase of Tân Đức Industrial Park and expressed its desire to expand the project. The company plans to invest further in industrial real estate, construction and support services, contributing to the province’s economic growth and green development goals.
Sonadezi is a leading industrial park developer in Việt Nam, operating 11 parks with over 800 projects. Its Bình Thuận subsidiary is developing the 300-ha Tân Đức Industrial Park, set to launch Phase 1 in April 2025.

With investment promotion efforts and improved business climate, Bình Thuận has attracted major investors. Currently, the province hosts 1,631 active projects worth around VNĐ1.8 quadrillion, (US$707 billion) spanning over 50,000 ha.
Strategically located near southern economic hubs, Bình Thuận benefits from its proximity to Long Thành Airport, the Thị Vải – Cái Mép international port, and a 160 km expressway. The province is also served by National Highway 1A, the North-South railway, and a planned high-speed rail with two stations.
