On March 22, 2024, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company (stock code: TPC) in warning status as of March 29, 2024.

Reason: the undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2023 according to the consolidated audited financial statements in 2023 was -15.237 billion dongs. This is the case of securities being warned under Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Rules of listing and trading of listed securities promulgated with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
