On June 02, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1014/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Pomina Steel Corporation (stock code: POM) as follows:

- Ex-right date: June 22, 2023

- Record date: June 23, 2023

- Purpose: to organize the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
