On May 25, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No. 963/TB-SGDHCM about the record date to pay the stock dividend payment in 2021 and share issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 as follows:

• Ex-right date: June 05, 2023
• Record date: June 06, 2023

1)      To pay the stock dividend in 2021:

• Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Those owning 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
• Estimated number of shares to be issued: 2,753,358 shares

2)      To issue shares to increase capital from the owner’s equity:

• Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Those owning 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
• Estimated number of shares to be issued: 2,753,358 shares

3)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units; the fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example: Shareholder B owns 45 shares. The shareholder B will receive: (45*1)/10 = 4.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder B will receive 04 shares and the fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.

4)      Place of implementation:

• For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
• For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Construction Joint Stock Company 47 on working days.
