HOSE announces the record date of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company: 

-   Ex-right date: June 14, 2023               

-   Record date: June 15, 2023         

-          Purpose: Payment for the second of 2022 dividend in stock and additional issue to increase the equity.

1)      Payment for the second of 2022 dividend in cach:

Dividend pay-out ratio:           30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

Payment date:                          July 03, 2023             

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company as from July 03, 2023.

2)       Additional issue to increase the equity:

- Issue ratio: 1:1 (01 share will receive 01 new share)

- Number of shares expected to be issued: 18,521,954 shares

- Plan to deal with fractional shares

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
