HOSE announces the record date of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company:           

-   Ex-right date: July 13, 2023    

-   Record date: July 14, 2023         

-          Purpose: Payment for the 2022 dividend in stock and additional issue to increase the equity.

1. Payment for the 2022 dividend in cash:

Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          August 08, 2023        

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company as from August 08, 2023.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

2. Additional issue to increase the equity:

- Issue ratio: 100:30 (100 shares will receive 30 new shares)

- Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,099,901 shares

- Plan to deal with fractional shares

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
