The Board resolution dated June 21, 2023, the BOD of Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

- Estimated revenue: 480,000 million dongs

- Profit before tax: 14,000 million dongs

- Corporate income tax: 2,800 million dongs

- Profit after tax: 11,200 million dongs.

Approve the loan at VietinBank with the credit limit of VND171,900 million dongs.
