On June 20, 2023, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for 2022 dividend payment as follows:

1. Approve the record date to pay cash dividend for 2022:

-          Record date: July 07, 2023

-          Exercise ratio: 0.5%/share (50 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: July 31, 2023.

2. Approve the record date to pay stock dividend for 2022:

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (100:5) (Those own who 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
