The Board resolution dated May 30, 2023, the BOD of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the plan to issue share to pay dividend in 2022 for the existing shareholders:

a)      Stock name: Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company

b)      Par value: 10,000 dongs

c)      Charter capital: 3,861,369,020,000 dongs

d)      Number of outstanding shares: 386,136,902 shares

e)      Number of shares expected to be issued: 19,316,214 shares

f)       Total value (based on par value): 193,162,140,000 dongs

g)      Exercise ratio: 100:6

h)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fraction/al shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

i)       Time of implementation: expected in 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approved the documents to issue shares to pay dividend.

3)      Approved the procedure to increase the charter capital.
