-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares issued: 6,743,423,601 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 6,713,204,001 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 30,219,600 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 30,219,600 shares

-         Total value of issuance (at par value): VND302,196,000,000

-         Offering price: VND10,000/share

-         Issuance ratio: 0.45%

-         These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the ending of the issuance.

-         Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 2/2023 or Quarter 3/2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-         Plan for using capital from the offering: the estimated proceeds of VND302,196,000,000 will be used to supplement working capital.

Plan for the fractional shares handle: the unsold shares will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other employees with the selling price of VND10,000/share.
