The Board resolution dated June 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the result of stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment and capital increase from the owner’s equity:

-          Expected issue volume: 5,506,716 shares

-          Distributed volume: 5,505,480 shares, Of which:

+  Stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment: 2,752,740 shares

+ Stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity: 2,752,740 shares

-          Distributed shareholders volume: 3,726 shareholders

-          Fractional shares volume: 1,236 shares (These shares will be cancelled), Of which:

+ Stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment: 618 shares

+  Stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity: 618 shares

-          Total shares after the issuance: 33,039,061 shares.

2)      Approved the adjustment of Business Registration Certificate for increasing charter capital from VND275,335,810,000 to VND330,390,610,000.

3)      Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.

4)      Approved the depository to register at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for the additional share issuance.
