On June 09, 2023, Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment JSC reports the use of proceeds from the public offering to increase its charter capital from VND90,000,000,000 to VND133,986,200,000 in 2012 as follows:  

1. A.    Proceeds from the public offering to increase its charter capital from VND90,000,000,000 to VND133,986,200,000 and purpose of using capital:

• Ø Proceeds:

The proceeds from the offering to increase its charter capital from VND90,000,000,000 to VND133,986,200,000 in 2012: VND44,761,474,000.

• Purpose of using capital:

According to the resolution of the 2011 annual general meeting of shareholders dated March 26, 2011 approving the plan to increase charter capital, purpose of using capital to invest in Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone – expansion phase project.

1. B.     The use of proceeds from the offering (until December 31, 2023):

Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment JSC is preparing legal procedures for the land clearance and compensation. After the plan for the land clearance and compensation are accepted, the Company will use the proceeds from the offering to execute the land clearance and compensation of Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone – expansion phase. The proceeds from the offering currently implemented Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone project.
