-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated issue volume: maximum 21,200,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND212,000,000,000

-          Debt for swap between DAG and lenders: VND212,000,000,000

-          Swap price: 10,000 dongs/share, equivalent to the swap ratio: 10,000: 1 (debt of VND10,000 will be swapped 01 new share

-          Transfer restriction: These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending of the issuance.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

1. Approved the dossier of registration for share private placement to swap debt.
2. Approve the plan for stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Estimated issue volume: 750,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND7,500,000,000

-          Transfer restriction: These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the ending of the issuance

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
