On May 25th, 2023, ETF FPT CAPITAL VNX50 (code: FUEFCV50) was officially listed 6 million fund certificates on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), equivalent to the value of VND 60 billion. The reference price on the first trading day was VND 9,749.98 with the trading limit of +/- 20%.
ETF FPT CAPITAL VNX50 replicated the reference index of VNX50 - a price index that includes 50 stocks listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). The VNX50 index includes the top 50 companies with capitalization, liquidity and free transfer ratio in the VNX Allshare basket. ETF FPT CAPITAL VNX50 is an exchange-traded fund with unlimited operation time and managed by FPT Fund Management Joint Stock Company (FPT Capital). The authorized participants of the fund are by FPT Fund Management Joint Stock Company, Mirae Asset Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company, DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company, Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company. The custodian bank is Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Thanh branch and the transfer agent is Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
ETF FPT CAPITAL VNX50 employed passive investment strategy aims to fully replicate the benchmark by investing in securities portfolio. The Fund will be flexible in allocating investment assets depending on the market situation and investment opportunities in order to protect investors’ benefits. The Fund's investment portfolio includes the reference index of the VNX50 and other assets specified in the Fund's prospectus.
The frequency to identify the Fund's net asset value is daily and month-end. If the valuation is on a holiday or public holiday, the valuation date is the immediately following business day. The Fund's exchange-traded trading frequency is daily, the exchange-traded transaction price will be determined at the end of previous business day of the exchange-traded transaction date.
