1)      Approved the business plan in 2023:

1. Revenue:                     177,712 million dongs
2. Profit before tax:         5,500 million dongs
3. Profit after tax:            5,500 million dongs

2)      Approved the business result in quarter 1/2023:

1. Revenue:                     34,566 million dongs
2. Profit before tax:         423 million dongs

3)      Approved the business plan in quarter 2/2023:

1. Revenue:                     21,871 million dongs
2. Profit before tax:         525 million dongs

4)      Approved the establish of Binh Hung Farm.

5)      Approved the plan for Company’s 20^th Anniversary in 2024.

6)      Approved the plan to issue share for existing shareholders.

7)      Approved the personnel change.

8)      Approved the time to hold the Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2023.

9)      Approved the temporary payment for the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in quarter 1 and quarter 2/2023, equivalent to the payment in 2022.
