6)      Treasury volume: 6,090,000 shares

7)      Expected issue volume: 265,556,675 shares

8)      Total issue value: VND2,655,566,750,000

9)      Issue ratio: 18%

10)  Implement date: expected in 2023

11)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
