The Board resolutions dated May 25, 2023, the Board of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

Approved the corrections of additional information of three insiders who related to Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company:
1. The disclosed information:

Mr. Ly Thanh Nha – member of the BOD cum General Director of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company – Chairman of Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Cao Viet Bach – member of the Supervisory Board of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company – General Director of Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Nguyen Kien Giang – member of the Supervisory Board of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company – Head of the Supervisory Board of Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company.

Approved the purchase price of Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company: 10,000 VND/share and approved the transaction of Mr. Ngo Quang Tuan – Chairman of the BOD and Mr. Nguyen Kien Giang – member of the Supervisory Board to purchase shares of Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company.
