-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 20,000,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND200,000,000,000

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND1,200,000,000,000

-          Exercise ratio: 20% (05:01) (Those own who 05 shares will receive 01 new share)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled

-          Estimated time of implementation: Quarter 2/2023 or Quarter 3/2023, being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
