1)      Approved the plan for share private placement:

-          Stock name: Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Offering volume: 100,000,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND1,000,000,000,000

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2023.

2)      Approved the plan for using capital from the private placement:

Total expected proceeds from the offering of VND1,000,000,000,000 will be used to buy shares of Golden City Investment Joint Stock Company.
