The Board resolution dated May 16, 2023, the Board of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the following contents:

1)      Signing the agreement with RSM Auditing and Consulting Company Limited to conduct the audit for financial statement in 2023.

2)      The record dated to pay the 2^nd dividend payment in 2022:

1. Record date: June 01, 2023
2. Exercise ratio: 30%/share (3,000 dongs/share)
3. Payment date: June 19, 2023.
