1)      Approved the business result in Quarter 1/2023:

-          Revenue: 112.145 million dongs

-          Gross profit: 19.107 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 0.903 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 0.632 million dongs.

2)      Approved the business plan in Quarter 2/2023:

-          Revenue: 139.481 million dongs

-          Gross profit: 20.916 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 10.037 million dongs.

3)      Approved the selection of Chuan Viet Auditing and Consulting as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
