On May 10, 2023, BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.

2)      The AGM approved the report from the Supervisory Board in 2022.

3)      The AGM approved the business plan for 2023:

-          Net revenue:          6,913,583 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:      301,434 million dongs

4)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022 by Ernst & Young Auditing Company Limited.

5)      The AGM approved the resignation of Mr. Phan Ngoc An as member of BOD.

6)      The AGM approved the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan as member of BOD from May 10, 2023 for the term 2023 – 2028.

7)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

8)      The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.

9)      The AGM approved the change of head office address, amendment of the company’s business lines and charter.

10)  The AGM approved stock issuance for the ESOP.

11)  The AGM approved stock issuance for the dividend payment

12)  The AGM approved the share offering to the public.
