On May 10, 2023, The Golden Group Joint Stock Company announced the reason and measure to overcome the status of controlled securities.

1)      Reason: The Golden Group Joint Stock Company has just signed the audit agreement with UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited from April 28, 2023. Thus, the financial statement has not been finished the audit.

2)      Measure to overcome this status: The Golden Group Joint Stock Company has been coordinating with UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited to finish the audit of the financial statement as soon as possible.
