On April 24, 2023, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LGL) (BCE) announced the measures and schedule to overcome the status of securities being put under warning. Accordingly, LGL has cooperated with Minh Phat Joint Stock Company to implement the following issues:

The estimated time to complete the Rivera Park Mui Ne project in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province will before quarter III/ 2023.
The estimated time to complete the procedure of investment certificate will in quarter III/ 2023.
The estimated time to complete the procedure of real estate projects will before quarter IV/ 2023.
LGL has expected to complete the procedure to apply for the construction permit in the end of quarter IV/ 2023.
