On April 25, 2023, FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company (FCL Stone) announced the measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:

1) FLC Stone has signed the audit contract with UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited from February 02, 2023. Due to guaranteeing the accuracy, the financial statement in 2022 has been taken longer time to complete the audit. Thus, FCL Stone has been late in information disclosure of its financial statement in 2022.

2) Estimated time to disclose the financial statement in 2022 will be not later than June 30, 2023.

3) After disclosing the financial statement in 2022, FLC Stone will disclose the Annual Report in 2022 and hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting before September 30, 2023.
