The Board resolution dated April 20, 2023, Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the business plan in 2023 of the holding company and One Member Limited Liability Companies.

2)      Approved the financial statement in 2022 of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company VIPCO and One Member Limited Liability Companies.

3)      Approved record date for cash dividend payment in 2022:

a)      Record date:          May 15, 2023

b)      Exercise ratio:       12%/share (1,200 dongs/share)

c)      Payment date:       May 31, 2023.

d)      Place to receive subscription:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
  • Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company.

4)      Approved the selection of KMPG Vietnam Limited to audit the financial statement in 2023.
