-          Record date:  April 18, 2023

-          Payment date: April 26, 2023

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company.
