On April 20, 2023, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company announced the measures to overcome the status of controlled securities as follows:

1)      Organize a model for the closed-loop complex of crop-livestock farming; plan cultivation specialized farming area; conduct cow farm in the breeding and grazing system.

2)      Invest the infrastructure of transportation, electric power, irrigation; implement the projects for warehouse, production factories, office and employees’ house…

3)      Organize and manage the operations according to the closed-loop model.

4)      Plant and care the key fruit farming.
