The Board resolution dated April 17, 2023, the BOD of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. The establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors.
2. The appointment of Mr. Ho Dac Ngoc – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee for the term 2023 – 2028.
3. The appointment of Mr. Hoang Minh Bach – member of BOD as member of Audit Committee for the term 2023 – 2028.
