The Board of Directors of Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2022 dividend in cash:

- Record date: May 09, 2023

- Payment date: May 26, 2023

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote).
