  3. Approving the report business plan for 2023.
  4. Approving compensation fund for the BOD & the Supervisory Board in 2022.
  5. Approving profit distribution in 2022.
  6. Approving the audited firm chosen for 2023 financial statements.
  7. Resolution is valid as of 03 April 2023.
