The Board resolution dated April 10, 2023, Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following issues related to the project of industrial pig farm in Hoa Binh province:

1. Appointed Mr. Vu Anh Sinh – member of the BOD to review the project.
2. Authorized Mr. Vu Anh Sinh to work with related parties and state agencies.
3. Approved the General Director to handle the advanced expense for Mr. Vu Anh Sinh.
