The State Securities Commission (SSC) has rejected the suggestion for extension to the disclosure of the review 2022 financial statements because the reason in Document No.154 dated March 31, 2023 by No Va Land Investment Group Corporation is not considered as one of force majeure reasons. Therefore, the State Securities Commission asked No Va Land Investment Group Corporation to implementation the information disclosure under the law.
