1)      To hold Annual General Meeting 2023:

-          Record date: March 28, 2023

-          Meeting date: expected from April 21, 2023 to April 30, 2023

-          Meeting venue: will be notice later.

2)      Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hong Thanh as Director – Marketing in 03 years as from March 26, 2023.

3)      Approving to appoint Ms, Tran Phuong Ngoc Giao as a member of the BOD in CAO Fashion Company Limited as from March 31, 2023.
