The Board resolution dated March 02, 2023, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved to increase its charter capital as follows:

-          Formerly registered charter capital: VND 569,434,340,000

-          Newly registered charter capital: VND 719,434,340,000

-          Reason for capital increase: to issue additional shares.
