2)      Audited financial statements in 2022;

3)      Report of the Supercvisory Board activities in 2022 and the term 2018-2022;

4)      Profit distribution in 2022;

5)      Business and investment plan in 2023;

6)      Remuneration and reward of the BOD, Supervisory Board and the Executive Board in 2023;

7)      Supplement business line;

8)      Credit limit;

9)      Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023;

10)  Provisions on election of the members of BOD, the Supervisory Board in 2023;

11)  Nomination list of the members of BOD and the Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2027.
